Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button on our website. Simply enter your email address, create a password, and follow the prompts to complete your registration.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping information before the order is dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
No. For your security and privacy, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and local tax regulations.
We ship to many countries worldwide. To see if we deliver to your location, simply proceed to checkout and select your country from the shipping options available.
Whenever possible, items will be shipped together in a single package. However, if your order contains multiple products or items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate shipments. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to health, safety, or legal restrictions.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with photos of the item received. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the appropriate return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Orders may be changed or canceled within a limited time after placement. Please contact customer support as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
Pre-orders are available only for select products. If a sold-out item is eligible for pre-order, this option will be clearly displayed on the product page. Otherwise, you may sign up for restock notifications to be informed when the item becomes available again.
